Section 3. Period of Performance. The Subcontractor shall commence performance of this contract on the 1st daY of Jul,y , 1999 , and shall Complete the Program with all practicable dispatch in a sound, economical, and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the Subgrantee no later than the 30 day of June , 2000 Section 4. Cost of Pro.qram. In order to assist the Subcontractor in financing the cost of the Program, the Subgrantee will pay the Subcontractor an amount not to exceed the following: A.) Trainin.q and Technical Assistance Training: Administrative and Technical $ -0- Consumer Education $ -0- Travel $ -0- Supplies/Equipment $ -0- Subtotal $ -0- - I TOTAL AWARD I $ 93,500,00 These funds shall be drawn down monthly based on actual expenditures. In no event shall expenditures exceed the authorized budget for each subpart A and B. C.) Bud.qet Adjustments Budget Line item expenditures must conform with the approved budget as outlined above for each subpart A and B. During the contract period, a Request for Budget Revision (Line item transfer) must be submitted for approval by the Subgrantee prior to any line item overage. Minor line item adjustments necessary to reconcile the budget with final actual expenditures within subpart A and/or Subpart B may be initiated without prior approval within 45 days of contract termination. Budget adjustments may not be made from one subpart to another.
