These <br />"Rules" are the same as the Board adopted in 1991 with the following exceptions: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Changes required by the North Carolina General Statutes, including the change from <br />"executive" to "closed" session, reasons for closed sessions and required organizational <br />meetings during even numbered years. (All changes are shaded.) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Changes to reflect current practices/procedures of the Board, including such items as the <br />current meeting schedule, order of the agenda, the infomml public comments period and <br />the scheduling of public hearings. (Current wording is shown by "strike through" and the <br />recommended wording is shaded). <br /> <br />Please review and let me know if you have any questions and/or revisions.
