R. Gray, Inc. <br /> <br />(2) A preliminary schedule of events associated with the potential construction of three new <br /> schools. <br /> <br />(3) A flow chart of events/steps in the process along with anticipated action dates. <br /> <br />(4) Suggested parameters for the establishment of a Citizens Construction Oversight Committee. <br /> <br />These efforts have been developed by the school superintendent, myself and staff. The School <br />Board will consider these issues on September 13th. We will place the same on your agenda for <br />September 20th. <br /> <br />We are working on contract documents that will detail H. R.
