Section 4. Tot. al Fee .................................................................................................................... $54,800.00 Rcimbtusable expenses comprise documented direct expenses, including, but not limited to Bid Advenisemems, Shipping/overnight delivery, Bidding document / Prints, Plan Review Permit Fees times a multiple of 1.10. Section 5. Date of Commencement and Duration The Dale of Commencement for Services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be lhe date on which the Agreement is fully executed. Woolpert shall perform its ~rviccs with due and reasOnable diligence consistent with sound professional practice. This Agnmment shall remain in effect until Sepmmber 1, 2000, unless terminated as provided herein, or extended by mutual agreement in writing. Section 6. The Client hereby acknowledges that unpaid invoices shall accrue interest at 1.5 percent per month aher such invoices have bem~ outstanding for over 30 days. Ii'payment is not made as provided herein, the Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees, r~gardless of whether legal action is initiated. If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after the date of the invoice, Woolpen may, i~ately upon giving written notice of its intent to do so, suspend services or terminate this Agreement and pursue its r~medies for collection. 6.3 Exp~rt Witness Servh:es: It is understo~xl and agreed that Woolpert's services ender this Agreement do not include any pa~icipation whatsoever in any litigation.
