1.5.17 I-5.18 1.5.19 1.5.20 ! .5.21 1.5.22 The Consultant shall conduct inspections to determine the Dates of Substantial Completion and final completion and shall issue appropff~te Project Certificates for Payment. These inspections will be completed during site visits. Substantial completion is work that is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the contract documents, so that the work can be utilized for the purposes for which it is imend~d. The Consultant shall receive and forward to the County for their review, written warranties, certificates of occupancy and related documents assembled by the contractors. The extent of the duties, responsibilities, and limitations of authority of the Consultant as a repre,,~-ntative of thc owner dur/ng construction sh~l! not be modified or extended without the written consent of the County ami the Consultant, which con~gnt shall not be un~a~onably withheld. The Consul~ane shall schedule and conduct a final inspection of the project, coordinating the date for such inspection with the prime connector and County. The Consultant's and contractor's personnel shall conduct an on-site run-through of the operations and maintenance of the completed project with thc appropriate County pe~sunnel. The Consultant shall provide a ~et of reproducible record drawings on Mylar showing only significant changes in the work made during the construction process based on marked-up prints, drawings, and other data furnished by the contractor and the County representative in the field.
