None of the funds, materials, property or services <br />contributed by the Agency or the Contractor under this Contract shall be used in the <br />Performance of this <br />Contract for any partisan political activity, or to further the election or defee~ of any <br />candidate for public office. <br /> <br />10. Retiaious Activity proh bited. There shall be no religious worship, instruction or <br />proseJytJzation as part of or in connection with the performance of this Contract. <br /> <br />11. Comotiance with Local Laws. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, <br />ordinances, and codes of the State and local governments. <br /> <br />12. Prooerty Manaoement Standards. Use and disposition of Nonexoendible Personal <br />Prooertv shall be in accordance with Attachment N to Office of Management and Budget <br />.CJrcufar A-102. Nonexoendible Personal Prooertv is defined as "tangible personai property <br />having a useful life of more than one year and an acquisition cost of $200.00 or more." The <br />Contractor agrees, that title to all Nonexpendible Personal Property purchased with funds <br />provided for tr~e ~,,'oject described in Part III of this Agreement shall rest in the Grantee and <br />upon completion or termination of the project for any reason such property shail, upon <br />demand, be delivered to the Grantee. The Contractor further agrees that the Grantee shall <br />incur no liability for incidents involving property purchased with funds under this contract, <br />and agrees to hold the Grantee harmless in the event that claims are presented and upheld <br />against the Grantee. <br /> <br />13. Retorts and Insoections. The Contractor shall make financial, program progress, and <br />other reports as requested by the Grantee or the Secretary of the HHS, and will arrange for <br />on-site inspections by the Grantee or other representatives at the request of either. <br /> <br />14. Inventory Control. The Contractor shall develop and maintain adequate inventor,l and <br />control systems in order to account for all materials, tools and equipment purchased with <br />grant funds. The value of Inventory shall be reported monthly on the HARRP Prcgress <br />Report. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
