This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and is binding <br />upon the City and the County and ZSI and ICV and their respective successors and assigns. No <br />assignment of contracted rights within this agreement shall occur without specific written consent of <br />all parties. <br /> <br /> (c) Amendmems. Changes and Modification.
