Government Services <br />Representative Linda Ashendorf has agreed to an extension of the current <br />residential solid waste collection franchise issued to BFI Waste Systems of North <br />America, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, gE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the County <br />of Cabarrus that, effective immediately, the current residential solid waste <br />collection franchise issued to BFI Waste Systems of North America, Inc. is hereby <br />extended through January 31, 1998. <br /> Adopted this the . day of , 1997. <br /> <br /> Sue B.
