10. Time Warner will construct a network of fiber optic cable connecting . <br /> Cabarrus County Human Services Center and the Governmental Center <br /> for a cost of $34,500. The actual cost of constructing this network would <br /> be approximately $125,000. <br />11. Time Warner will finance the cost of the fiber opti,c networks, in items 9 ar)d <br /> 10 above interest free for a term of 5 years. -~ <br />12. Time Warner will extend cable service to all residences in the county <br /> where the density of homes is at least 18 per mile from the nearest <br /> connecting point (the current policy is 20 homes per mile). <br />13. Service will be made available to homes or businesses within 300 feet of <br /> an existing feeder cable upon request, without additional extension <br /> charge. <br />14.
