As <br />you are aware, we are currently leasing space at a cost of $5,525.56 per month ($66,306 <br />per year) from South Central Oil. Certainly the funds for upfit that the County funded us <br />($48,678) can be passed back as we are paid, however, we understood the rent <br />payments to the County would not commence until we are actually i_n the facility (or we <br />are paying rent twice which we cannot afford). We have to pay the $5,525 per month <br />until we are in the new building. <br /> <br />I am enclosing a check to you for the monthly upfit portion ($4,056.50) which is a pass <br />through for us. I hope you understand our problem with paying rent at this time when <br />we are also paying our current lessor. <br /> <br />Let me know if this understanding is a problem and please keep me posted on the <br />building progress. <br /> <br />Thank you for your help in this matter.
