SIX MONTHS MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES STATUS (Continuation Pro,rams Only) In the space provided, please list each measurable objective in your current program agreement and indicate the degree to which your program has been successful in achieving them. (Use data from the first six momhs of the fiscal year.) Objective I - The program will service approximately 28-32 clients at any one time with a total of 80 youth receiving services. Status: This objective was not met. By the end of February, 1998 the monthly average number of clients served was 19 with a total of 49 clients served over the first eight months, 26 of which were new admissions for this fiscal year. This appears to be reflective of the overall decrease of youth to Juvenile Services. Additionally, there has been a 30% no-show rate for referrals made to this service. Corrective measures to address these issues are currently being explored with Juvenile Court staff. The Agency is also currently applying for the ~AJOR$ grant in order to assist in addressing the compliance to treatment issue for adjudicated youth who also have substance use/abuse issues. Ob~ective II - Fifty percent of the youth involved in services will complete and show reduction in negative behavior. Status: This objective is met in that 55 percent of the youth involved in services have demonstrated a decrease in problem behaviors at discharge. Objective III - Training School admissions of clients in the program will decrease or continue to be less than 10% for clients completing the program. Status: This objective was not met, based on eight month figures, in that 15% of clients involved in the program were discharged after being' admitted to training school. Ob~mctive IV - Monitoring will be done through the use of all approved CBA forms. Status: This objective is met in that reports have been submitted on approved forms in a timely manner.
