EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF SUBMISSION TO THE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />OF PROPOSED UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF <br /> VALUES, STANDARDS, AND RULES <br /> FOR 1999 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br /> <br /> TAKE NOTICE that the proposed uniform schedules of values, standards, and roles to be <br />used in appraising real property in Cabarms County at its tree value and at its present-use value <br />have been submitted to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners and are available for public <br />inspection in the office of the County Assessor, Cabarms County Governmental Center, 65 Church <br />Street, S.E., Concord, North Carolina. A public hearing will be held by the Board of County <br /> <br />Commissioners at p.m. on June 4, 1998, at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, <br /> <br />65 Church Street S.E., Concord, North Carolina for the purpose of considering the proposed <br />schedules.
