EXHIBIT C <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> <br /> OF UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF VALUES, <br /> STANDARDS, AND RULES <br /> <br />FOR 1999 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br /> <br /> TAKE NOTICE that, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners held on June 15, 1998, an Order was issued adopting and approving the uniform <br />schedules of values, standards, and rules to be used in the reappraisal of real property in Cabarms <br />County at its tree value and at its present-use value beginning Janua_ry 1, 199.9. The schedules are <br />open to examination in the office of the Cabarms County Assessor, Cabarms County Governmental <br />Center, 65 Church Street, S.E., Concord, North Carolina.
