Howard, Jr. <br /> <br />Victim of Crime: <br /> <br />Rt~bert Anthony Potts <br /> (Victim of Armed Robbery) <br /> <br />Recovering Substance Abuser: <br /> <br />Term: 3 Years <br /> <br />In order to get this matter on the April Commission Agenda all of the positions are not filled <br />but will be within the next month and submitted for appointment at the May commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The statute provides that them must be at least 10 members appointed and we do have over <br />that many who have applied and are willing to serve. <br /> <br />The statute also provides that the original appointed membership shall be divided in thirds <br />with one third appointed for I year, one third for two years and the remaining third appointed <br />for three years. <br /> <br /> <br />
