They indicated a desire to have more <br />information on how you intend to dev,elop the property after the purchase is complete. <br /> <br />There were additional questions about Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the "Addendum to Purchase <br />Agreement." First, the deposit must be in compliance with the statutory requirements and the <br />County's role in the issues detailed in Paragraph 3. As worded, Paragraph 3 may b'e <br />unacceptable.
