EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> ORDER ADOPTING <br /> <br /> FINAL UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF <br /> VALUES, STANDARDS, AND RULES <br /> <br />FOR 1999 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to G.S. 105-286, Cabarms County will reappraise all real property in <br />accordance with the provisions of G.S. 105~283 and G.S. 105-317; and <br /> <br /> WlqE~REAS, pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317; the County' AssesS6r'f0r Cabarrus <br />County has submitted proposed uniform schedules of values, standards, and roles to the County <br />Commissioners, which proposed schedules have been considered at a public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a notice has been published in The Independent Tribune of the submission to <br />the Board of Commissioners of the proposed schedules and the notice of public heating; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has adopted the final schedules, pursUant to the <br />provisions of G.S. 105-317; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the final uniform schedules of values, <br />standards, and roles attached to this Order are approved for use in appraising real property at its <br />true value and at its present-use value as of January 1, 1999. A notice of the adoption of this <br />Order shall be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Independent Tribune, and <br /> <br /> <br />
