At that time we contracted with your firm to administer claims and offer <br />advice to us. We have been pleased with the excellent service that you and your staff <br />offer. You have always been most helpful in providing infoxmation and advice to us <br />about particular claims. Since your firm is also one of only a few that has a direct <br />connection with the Industrial Commission, the County has also saved money by having <br />all our actual billing by doctors and hospitals reduced to reasonable and customary <br />charges. We appreciate the professional attention given to each claim and the immediate <br />contacts made with the injured parties. We certainly believe this reduces our liability and <br />assures the claimant we are there to assist and direct them of our policies and procedures. <br /> <br /> The success of our program can be measured by dollar saving of nearly <br />$1,000,000 during the four-year period. Had we not been self-insured this amount of <br />money would have been paid as premiums. <br /> <br />I would also like to commend your staff on the accuracy and quick turnaround of <br />monthly claim reports and bank reconciliations, which are always in my office by the <br />fifth day of the ensuing month.
