The report <br />details the mount invoiced for medical expenses and the amount paid after reducing the <br />amount to the fee schedule and applying C.C.S.'s reduction in charges received through <br />agreements with providers. <br /> <br />Compensation Claims Solutions' in-house bill review program analyzes all Cabarms <br />County's medical/hospital/prescription invoices. Our Industrial Commission approved <br />program analyzes the bills for duplication of service, appropriateness of service and for <br />injury only related services, then reduces the invoice to the appropriate charge. C.C.S.'s <br />bill review program avoids utilizing any outside vendor for the task and the county does <br />not incur any additional service fees. <br /> <br />Compensation Claims Solutions includes the bill review program in our administration <br />service fee to Cabarrus county. As our customer for 7/01/97 - 6/30/98 Cabarrus County's <br />savings in claim medical expenses was $10,623.06. <br /> <br />C.C.S.'s commit is to deriver to Cabarrus County the highest level of claim service <br />possible and we are prepared "go the extra mile" to exceed your expectations.
