Cabarrus <br />County 4-H is recognized as one of the leading 4-H programs in the state, and involves over <br />2,000 Cabarrus youth with over 360 adults serving as volunteers. <br /> <br />Employment and program opportunities are offered to all people regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or handicap. <br />North Carolina State University, North Carolina A&T State University, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and local governments cooperating. <br /> <br /> <br />
