CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: November 16, 1998 Agenda Item # '~-/~ <br />SUBJECT: Tax Revaluation CAMA Software Bid Award <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (1) Award bid to Cott Systems, Inc.; (2) Authorize the County <br />Manager to negotiate and sign the contract upon final terms being agreed upon. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: Staff from the Tax Assessor's office and the IS Department reviewed and <br />narrowed the selection for the appraisal packages to 2 firms and they were BRC and Corr. <br />Both of these firms demonstrated their product to the staff.
