Economic Incentive Agreement <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Clifton: <br /> <br />Please find enclosed eight copies of the proposed agreement with the revisions you <br />requested. In addition, I have enclosed a preliminary site plan for Exhibit "B" that was not <br />included in the original submission. The 881,300 square feet of development shown on the <br />plan is the maximum the site will accommodate, but we believe the actual amount of <br />development will more likely be no more than 600,000 square feet. <br /> <br />The property is already owned by ICV, and we have already begun to clear the site and <br />make final revisions to our grading plan. Preliminary indications of tenant interest are very <br />encouraging, and we hope to announce key tenants early next year. An example of a likely <br />major tenant is a membership warehouse.
