<br /> WHEREAS, both the Cabarrus Soil & Water Conservation District Board of
<br />Supervisors and the Cabarrus County Watershed Improvement Commission have
<br />already passed motions of support for the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin
<br />Association's efforts to protect the Clarke Creek watershed;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of
<br />Commissioners hereby passes this resolution of support for the Yadkin-Pee Dee
<br />River Basin Association in both its application to the Clean Water Management
<br />Trust Fund and its ongoing efforts to protect the Clarke Creek watershed.
