We have <br />scheduled a diverse agenda of programs and special events focusing on a different culture <br />each month. <br /> <br />On behalf of the Cabarrus County Department of Aging and our Advisory Board, I <br />respectfully request that Cabarrus County join the State of North Carolina, United States <br />of America and the United Nations ( International Year of Older Persons ) in declaring <br />1999 as the Year of Older Persons. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and Consideration. <br /> <br /> Department of Aging <br />F~O.
