Appendix <br /> <br />Contract No. <br /> <br />(description of contract) <br /> <br />[Sample-Formal Contract] <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />This Contract is made on the date of execution by Cabarms County, North Carolina, 65 Church <br />Street, Southeast, Concord, North Carolina (County) between <br />(Contractor) and the County. <br /> <br />The County and the Contractor, for the consideration specified, agree as follows: The' Contractor <br />shall perform the services described in the Contract Documents consisting of providing <br /> <br />Contract Documents <br />The contract documents consist of this Contract and Exhibit A (Scope of Work). Where the terms of <br />this Contract and Exhibit A are at variance, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail. <br /> <br />Contract Texm <br />Work under ttds Contract will commence on ~ 19. , and will be completed no <br />later than , 19 (Contract Term), subject to any modifications provided for in <br />the Contract Documents. No work shall be deemed co~?lete until it is accepted by the County's <br />Contract Manager (Project Officer). <br /> <br />Contract Amount <br />The County will pay the Contractor an amount not to exceed $ for. each year of the <br />Contract TeJm for subject to the te~m.q and <br />conditions in the Contract Documents.
