The funds have been placed in the <br />budget of the Office of State Planning to be distributed to COGs. In order for Centralina to <br />receive these funds, . your governing board will need to pass the attached resolution requesting <br />its share (see attached listing) be released to Centralina. <br /> <br />Upon your Board's adoption, please return the Resolution with original signatures of the <br />local official and witness, OR a copy of the resolution with those signatures and original seal. <br /> <br />We would like to have the signed resolution to our office by December 18, if possible, to the <br />attention of Hilda Threatt.
