Draft 12/16/98 <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Ail supervisory employees shall receive information on (1) how to detect <br />the use or abuse of alcohol and controlled substances among employees <br />and (2) how to implement this Policy and any rules or procedures <br />promulgated thereunder. <br /> <br />Any employee who voluntarily seeks assistance for a problem regarding <br />alcohol or drag abuse shall be encouraged to participate in an alcohol or <br />drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program. Once a person has been <br />selected for testing it is too late to step forward and seek assistance. <br /> <br />The County Manager or his or her designee shall give a copy of this Policy <br />to each employee and to each finalist for a position named in III (A), <br />above. <br /> <br /> <br />
