(2) pays, or otherwise resolves, all citations and fees, and; <br /> <br /> (3) submits a certification from an Alarm Business, that complies with the <br />requirements of this article, stating that the Alarm System has been inspected and repaired (if necessary) <br />by the Alarm Business. <br /> <br />SECTION 16. PENALTY FEE WAIVER <br /> The Alarm Administrator may waive the penalty fee within fifteen (15) working days from date of <br /> citation, if the subscriber can produce an original invoice for work conducted to repair the alarm <br /> system, in an amount equal to or greater than the imposed penalty fee amount. <br /> <br />SECTION 17. VIOLATIONS <br /> <br /> A Person commits a class 3 misdemeanor criminal offense if he violates by commission or <br />omission any provision of this article that imposes upon him a duty or responsibility. <br /> <br /> <br />
