Petition 96-05(T) Text amendments are proposed to: <br /> <br /> a. modify the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance, General Commercial <br />(GC)) section, to discontinue further consideration of multi-family residential, <br />townhouse, duplex, family care and group care facilities as uses within the <br />underlying zoning district; and <br /> b. modify the Office/Limited Commercial (OF/LC) section to limit the <br />maximum allowed density for multi-family residences to six (6) dwelling units per <br />acre. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENT <br /> <br />2. Section 4.14 Letter of Credit/Bondin,q Performance Requirement <br /> <br />A text addition is proposed to clarify letter of credit/bonding procedures to allow <br />final approval prior to completion of all improvements when financial assurances <br />are made. All portions of section 4 after 4.13 will be renumbered to allow this <br />revision as section 4.14. <br /> <br />Copies of the proposed amendments are on file and available in the Cabarrus <br />County Planning Services Department.
