It was <br />rezon'ed to a lighter commercial under that <br />ordinance and then to residential under the <br />current ordinance. <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses in LC and GC - Special Use zone: All uses of Limited <br />Commercial and the specific uses of Plumbing Contractor, Plumbing <br />Supplies/Materials/Services and Real Estate and Invest~nent in the General <br />Commercial Special Use area. <br /> <br />2. Site Plan: No site or concept plan submitted. <br /> <br />Detailed Findings and Compatibili ,ty with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> <br />1. These sites have public water available, but do not have public sewer <br />available. <br /> <br />2. The Wensil site has an active commercial/service use, Interstate Plumbing, <br />on it. The Drve site has a vacant commercial building on it. <br /> <br />3. This area was reviewed in 1990 as part of the "Small Area Plan for the Cold <br />Springs Road/Highway 73 Communi~,".
