The staff feels that these conditions address the concern of increased intensity <br />and in fact improve the conflict between the existing non-conforming use and <br />surrounding properties. Staff recommends that the change be approved. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve this <br />rezoning petition with the proposed conditions included as part of the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />
