The allocation for the <br />Cabarrus/Iredell/Rowan Consortium is $672,000. <br /> <br /> It is important to note that Subpart 92.103 of the HOME regulations require that a jurisdiction <br />must notify us, in writing, within 30 days of the date of this letter of its intentfon to become a <br />participating jurisdiction (P J). This requirement cannot be waived. Failure to meet this deadline <br />would mean the irretrievable loss of your HOME allocation for this fiscal year. Within 90 days after <br />providing notification to the North Carolina State Office of your intent to become a P J, you must <br />submit to us a Consolidated Plan, as required by 92. 104.
