These resolutions were previously sent to Blair Bennett for his <br />approval. <br /> <br /> The resolutions are necessary in order to meet the requirements for a tax exempt loan <br />under Section 147(0 of the Internal Revenue Code. <br /> <br /> It is my understanding that Bill Readling has performed all requirements necessary to be <br />placed on the agenda for the February 17, 1997 meeting.
