Bill Readling, <br />President presided. This was a l~btic Hearing regarding proposed financim~ via <br />a tax exemp loan to The ~finecoff Volunteer Fire Department to purchase a new fire <br />truck. <br /> <br />Mrs. Brenda Simpson md Mr. Harvey Baker, represented First Charter National <br />Bank from whom we are securing the loan for $155,700.00 for 120 months at 4.95% <br />fixed rate. <br /> <br />After some discussion, Monty Cline made a motion that we accept First Charter <br />National Bank' s loano This was seconded by Jim Riggso Ail approved. There <br />were ten Directors present. <br /> <br />Mr. Baker expressed his appreciation to the group for letting First Charter <br />National Bank finance the loan. He said we had a Fire Department of which we <br />should be proud and he had heard noting but good comments about o~r Fire Department. <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was then adjourned on a motion made <br />by William Austin and seconded by Mon~.
