Industrial Revenue Bond Project Dear Susie: In connection with the County Commissioners' meeting on April 21, 1997, I am enclosing a handout prepared by Fun-Tees which provides information about Fun-Tees and about its proposed Industrial Revenue Bond Project in Cabarms County. In addition, I have enclosed a form of resolution to be adopted by the Commissioners at the April 21 meeting. Also, for your assistance and the assistance of the Chairperson at the meeting, I have enclosed extracts of the minutes which should be helpful to the Chairperson in conducting the meeting. Since the extracts provide for ratification of the publication of the Notice in the Independent Tribune on April 5, 1997, I have also enclosed for your information the Affidavit of Publication provided to me by the Tribune. Messrs. J. D. Cline and Marc Weibel, officers of Fun-Tees, will be present at the meeting to provide the Commissioners with a brief description of the Project and to answer any questions which they or the members of the public may have. I will also be present. By copy of this letter, I am sending to Fletcher Hartsell all of the materials I am sending to you. Prior to the meeting, I will speak with Fletcher about any special considerations we should take into account before presenting the Project to the Commissioners for their approval on April 21.
