Murphy ~? <br /> <br />May 8, 1997 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE BLOCK GRANT COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Please accept this memorandum as the official recommendation from the Cabarrus County Home <br />and Community Care Block Grant Committee (HCCBG) concerning the Lead Agency <br />designation and appointments to this committee for FY'98. On behalf of the current membership <br />of the HCCBG committee I respectfully request that the Cabarrus County Department of Aging <br />be designated to continue to serve as the Lead Agency for all HCCBG funds that are allocated to <br />Cabarrus County. Furthermore, we recommend the re-appointment of the following committee <br />members: <br /> <br />Michael L. Murphy ..........................................
