ICABARRUS COUNI~I <br /> <br />NORTH C~ROLIN~ <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Board of Commissioners <br />Don Moorhead ~ <br />June 5, 1997 <br />Proposed Changes to Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance <br /> <br />Like most such documents, the Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance occasionally needs <br />reviewed and altered in response to: <br /> <br />· changes in management philosophies and personnel law <br />· requests/concerns of supervisors and line employees; and <br />· lessons learned from actual situations that have been encountered. <br /> <br />Therefore, it is my intent to include proposed changes to the Table of Contents and Articles I, <br />VII and VIII of the Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance on the consent agenda of the June 16th <br />Board of Commissioners meeting. Copies of these proposed changes are attached for your <br />review and consideration. <br /> <br />The County Manager and other supervisory staffhave had full input into the changes in Articles <br />VII and VIII.
