Development Standards: <br /> <br />Setbacks <br /> <br />The following WT$ Development shall not be required to provide any <br />additional setbacks except those required by the district in which located <br />for principal buildings and accessory buildings and structures: <br /> <br />WTS Development permitted by exceptions to Board of <br />Adjusba~ent review/approval. <br /> <br />WTS Development peta-titted by All Zoning~ <br />Districts. <br /> <br />All WTS developed pursuant in the G-C, L-I and G-I Districts shall <br />observe the following setbacks: <br /> <br />All WTS Tower and Antenna shall meet the minimum setback for <br />the district in which located. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />All Accessory Equipment structures shall meet the accessory <br />building and structures requirements of the district in which <br />located. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Where the WTS facility adjoins a residential district an additional <br />setback of one-half (1/2) the height of the Tower and Antenna shall <br />be provided from the residentially zoned property. Where an <br />Antenna is attached to or mounted on an existing building the <br />height of the building shall not count as part of the Antenna for <br />purposes of detetmining the required setback. <br /> <br />Fencing <br /> <br />Free standing WTS Development shall be surrounded with an eight (8) <br />foot fence capable of preventing unauthorized entry. <br />Buffer and Screening <br /> <br />Free-standing WTS Development shall comply with the Buffer and <br />Screening requirement of Chapter 9 in addition to the fencing <br />requirement above. <br /> <br />Lights <br /> <br />No wireless telecommunication Tower or Antenna shall have affixed or <br />attached to it in any way except during time of repair or installation, any <br /> <br /> <br />
