RESOLUTION No. 1997-19 RESOLUTION The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes and directs Terry L. Rowland as Tax Collector to use all legal means to collect all current and delinquent tax as provided for in General Statutes 105-366, 367, and 368. This includes attachment and levy, garnishment of wages, bank accounts, in rem foreclosure and mortgage type foreclosure on real estate.
