(i) Construction. The parties ac. knowledge and stipulate that this Agreement is the <br />product of mutual negotiation and bargaining and that it has been drafted by counsel for the parties. <br />As such, the doctrine of construction against the drafter shall have no application to this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (j) ~Lender Provision.
