Williams as escrow <br />agent, who shall record r, he deeds simultaneously. <br /> <br /> Fourth: Each party consents to and will employ Hartsell Hart.sell Spainhou,' & <br />Shelley, PA, to examine and report upon the title to the land now owned by the other party, <br />which report shall be made within seven (7) days after the date of this contract and at oncc <br />communicated to the other party. If the attorney approves the title to both tracts o1' land <br />so examined by him, deeds shall be exchange by September 15, 1997. if the atl.orncy <br />declines to approve either title so examined by him, he shall in such rcport state his <br />objections to such title, and the party now owning such property shall have ten (10) days <br />al'ret such report to correct the defects reported to be in his title, and il' such defects <br />corrected to the satisfaction of the attorney reporting such detects, deexis shall be exchanged <br />within five (5) days after said attorney has approved the corrected title.
