He advised that the residents are <br />aware of this change. Required signs have been posted on the road. <br /> <br /> Chairman Casper opened the public hearing at 8:27 ~.M. There was no one <br />present to address the Board, and Chairman Casper closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the naming of an unnamed road (Petition <br />97-03) to Ttne's Drive. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Casper opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments at 8:28 <br />P.M. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tony Barnhardt of 7090 Mooresville Road advised that the rezoning in <br />the northwest area would hurt the farmers and cause an increase in tax values. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Carpenter challenged Mr. Barnhardt to call her the first time <br />he is not allowed to farm his land. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Chairman Casper adjourned the meeting at 8:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
