Five <br />(5) bids were received. The bid pricing list was based on historical data of <br />supplies and quantities of those supplies purchased with no guarantee to the <br />vendor that the same quantities would apply this annual period. Our <br />volumes vary significantly. The contract will include a Custom Catalog for <br />utilization by County Departments. The contract period will be from <br />November 1, 1997 through October 31, 1998. The County is reserving the <br />right to renew this contract up to two (2) additional 12 month terms upon <br />agreement by both parties. <br /> <br />Has this been reviewed by the Budget Director?
