O. Box 707
Concord, North Carolina 28026

Dear Frank;

After careful consideration, we would like for you to commence with adding to the
Commissioner's Agenda the donation of the County's HOME Property (that is found
on the north side of Highway 601, excluding the frontage) to the Cabarrus County
Community Development Corporation. We would include this land in our 5-year goal
and will work collaboratively with other nonprofit agencies to address the affordable
housing issues in Cabarms County.

We are looking forward to working with the County in meeting the needs of low-to-
moderate income Cabarms County citizens. We greatly appreciate this opportunity that
has presented itself to our organization.

Sincerely,

Louise Mack
