Matching Incentive <br />Grants Program <br /> 'l Ill <br /> <br /> There was a record amount of matching funds for FY <br />95-96 with $100,000.00 appropriated. These funds provided <br />matching seed monies for civic and community groups to <br />construct or improve public park and recreation facilities in <br />Cabarrus County.
