This system will provide the best, most efficient and most <br />reliable communications system for long distance users. <br /> <br />AT&T has contracted with l.and Acquisitions, Inc. to represent it in the notification and <br />negotiation for right-of-way and easement acquisitions. The right-of-way agent deliverir, g this <br />letter will explain the project as it may concern acquiring certain interest(s) in your land. The <br />agent will keep you notified as different phases of the project occur and will be preser:[ during <br />construction to observe compliance with pre-agreed commitments. Actual damages which occur <br />as a result of the survey and construction will be compensated for by this representative as soon <br />as possible following survey and/or construction. <br /> <br />Obviously, sometimes the weather can interfere with our ability to accomplish total restoration <br />]mmed;~ately and we may have to come back later for additional corrective action.
