submitted during the year by franchisee(s) for development of new services. <br /> <br /> (g) Conduct evaluation of the system at least every five (5) years with the franchisee, <br />and pursuant thereto, make recommendations to the Board for amendments to the <br />Ordinance or the franchise agreement. <br /> <br /> (h) Evaluate the performance of a franchisee who has requested franchise renewal, <br />if requested to do so by the Board. <br /> <br /> (i) Make periodic assessments of complaints regarding all aspects of cable service <br />and report the findings of such assessments to the Board.. <br /> <br /> 3. Staff.
