To vote in favor of the order, punch the number to the <br /> of the word "YES". <br />2. To vote against the order, punch the number to the right of <br /> the word "NO". <br />3. If you tear or deface or wrongly mark this ballot, return it <br /> end. Bet another. <br /> <br />Shall the order adopted on March 7, 1996, authorizing <br />not exceeding $49,000,000 School Bonds of the County of <br />Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the pqrpose of providing <br />funds, with any other available funds, for erecting <br />additional school buildings and other school plant <br />facilities, replacing, remodeling, enlarging and <br />reconstructing existing school buildings and other <br />school plant facilities and acquiring any necessary <br />land, rights-of-way and equipment therefor, in order to <br />provide additional school facilities in said County to <br />maintain the nine months' school term as required by <br />Section 2 of Article IX of the Constitution, and <br />authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to <br />pay the principal of and the interest on sald bonds, be <br />approved? <br /> YES <br /> NO <br /> [Facsimile of signature] <br /> Chairman of Cabarrus County Board of Elections, <br /> North Carolina <br /> <br /> Section 5.
