ICABAIIIIUS ~" I <br /> <br />CHILD SUPPORT AWARENESS MONTH <br /> IN CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />A PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the children of Cabarrus County are provided paternity, support <br />establishment and enforcement services by the Child Support Division <br />ofthe Department of Social Services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there is a need to make the public aware of this service as one that is <br />available to all citizens who have dependent children in the home and <br />receive no child support from their natural parents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is an ongoing need for parents to provide financial support for their <br /> children as an expression of love; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />many concerned and dedicated judges, district attorneys, clerks of court, <br />sheriffs' personnel, and child support professionals work to provide this <br />service to Cabarrus County's children,., our future; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cabarms County Board of <br />Commissioners does hereby proclaim the month of April, 1996 as <br /> <br />CHILD SUPPORT AWARENESS MONTH IN CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />and urges all parents who are currently under court order to regularly pay their child <br />support. <br /> <br />This the fourth day of April, 1996 <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
