The <br />General Specifications are attached. <br /> <br />After careful review of the bids received the following was determined: <br /> <br />Carolina Petroleum Distributors (lowest bid received) <br />4400-F Stewart Andrews Rd, <br />Charlotte, NC 28224 <br /> Bid sheet noted t~eight was not included. General specifications required supplier markup <br /> to include FOB delivered to locations shown on "Attachment 'A'". <br /> Bid sheet also noted "conditional" Terms of Sale that do not agree with the County's <br /> Purchase Terms and Conditions. <br /> Bid Sheet markup values and "non-collusion affidavit" markup value does not agree <br /> overall.
