March 20, 1996 <br /> <br />Report No. 217-HH <br /> Cabarrus County <br /> North Carolina <br /> <br />Water and Sewer System <br /> The County recently completed construction of the Coddle Creek Reservoir and owns a <br />50% interest in another reservoir. The municipalities are responsible for water distribution and <br />wastewater collection. These" excess" revenues amounted to $1,127,759 in 1992-93; $943,580 <br />in 1993-94 and $880,913 in 1994-95. <br /> <br /> <br />
